Talat Hussain

Talat Hussain is a veteran Pakistani writer, poet, and actor. Some of his recent dramas include Mann Mayal, Qudrat, and Mujhe Khuda Pe Yaqeen Hai.

Talat Hussain was born on 18th September 1945 in Patiala, India. His mother, Hayat-un-Nisa was an announcer on Radio Pakistan, Karachi, and was popular by the name of Shaista Begam. His wife remained the head of the Psychology Department at Karachi University.

Talat studied at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art. He also served as a professor at the National Academy of Performing Arts (NAPA).
