Below is the story of episode 23 of the drama ‘Badshah Begum‘ that was aired on 23 August 2022 on Hum TV.
Bakhtiar discovers his mother’s evil intentions of defaming Peerapur and fears that it will harm Jahan Ara’s reputation. Before the press conference, he abducts Roshan Ara and delivers her to Peerapur to stop her from entertaining his mother’s demands. Shah Alam fumes with anger seeing Roshan Ara chained up and in his rage, he takes Bakhtiar into his captivity.
Murad notices Zulekha behaving rudely with Shahzaib. Seeing the opportunity, he tries to hit on her but ends up getting ousted from the house by Shahzaib. Having no other place to stay, he goes back to Shah Alam, begging him to spare him a room in the house.
Shah Alam realizes that he never treated Murad fairly and agrees to keep him in the house to rectify his mistake. Shahmeer protests against it but relents upon his father’s insistence, accepting Murad only as Gulnar’s servant.
