Bakhtiar’s mother makes him realize that he is being used at the hands of the illiterate Pirs and insists he returns to the city. Bakhtiar defies her order and severs all his ties with her. Shahzaib gets into a feud with Qaiser after the latter mentions marrying the woman of the Pir family.
Khalifa Nawaz suggests Shahzaib kill Jahan Ara to secure the sanctity of the family’s traditions. Zulekha protests against it and stops Shahzaib from killing his sister. Hakim Be goes to Qaiser and advises him to marry Roshan Ara to strengthen his position in the Pir family.
A moment before the marriage ceremony, Shah Alam reveals that Qaiser instead of Bakhtiar will marry Roshan Ara. Roshan Ara loses her wits at the revelation. Shahzaib shows up and declares to relinquish his claim to the throne on the condition that Qaiser shall not marry any woman of the Pir family.
