Below is the story of episode 20 of the drama ‘Badshah Begum‘ that was aired on 26 July 2022 on Hum TV.
Hakim Be discovers that Tara is instigating Gulnar to take her accusation against Shahmeer back and unmask her actual offender at the council meeting. She informs Jahan Ara about it who summons Murad to the house and coldly orders him to get Tara killed.
It turns out that Jahan Ara ordered the killing as she wants to save her reputation from getting tarnished since she kept the truth of Gulnar’s rape under wraps in the first place. Soon, she realizes that she cannot live with the guilt of shedding someone’s blood. However, before she could stop the killing, Murad shoots Tara to death, filling Jahan Ara with remorse. Distraught, she goes to Gulnar and begs her forgiveness after informing her about Tara’s death.
At the council meeting, Shahmeer denies the accusations put on him regarding his carnal desires towards Gulnar. When Gulnar is called to give her statement, she declares Shahmeer innocent.
